Having been classed as an essential business during the coronavirus lockdown, West Midlands-based Midland Pallet Trucks is open and operating as usual and says it stands ready and willing to dispatch items quickly to those in need. With a centrally located warehouse offering fast delivery from thousands of in stock lines, it can provide a wide range of materials handling equipment quickly to organisations such as community groups, manufacturers and warehousing facilities.

As the Midlands region is one of the worst affected areas outside of London, Midland Pallet Trucks has already been able to help a number of clients with bearings and materials handling equipment at a time of unprecedented demand.

Phil Chesworth, Midland Pallet Trucks managing director said, “As an essential business, the team here at Midland Pallet Trucks feel that it is our responsibility to help groups such as the Aldersley Leisure Centre food hub and businesses to serve the needs of their business customers and the wider community. We are open and committed to providing fast and reliable delivery of all types of essential equipment such as hand pallet trucks and lift tables.

The sister company to Midlands Pallet Trucks, Midlands Bearings has also been permitted to remain in operation and has so far provided over 35,000 miniature bearings to be used in ventilators to support the NHS.
