What Is a Free Lift Stacker?

A free lift stacker allows the forks to lift to a certain height without raising the mast. This design is crucial in environments with height limitations—such as trailers, low doorways, or mezzanine floors—because it prevents the mast from extending too early. Free lift enables operators to safely stack, retrieve, and manoeuvre pallets while remaining within fixed height boundaries until necessary.

For the ES12-FL-3000, the free lift operates within a 1550 mm range, allowing substantial elevation before any mast movement occurs—offering both space efficiency and added safety.

Please Note: This electric pallet stacker is not suitable for closed-bottom pallets.
