I just need a standard pallet truck for my warehouse which model should I choose?
The industry standard size of pallet truck is with a fork size of 550mm or 540mm x 1150mm, this size truck will move most pallet sizes and is available in 1680kg (DF168 range),2500kg (AC25 range) and 3500kg(CN3500 range). Our most popular selling model is the AC25 (540mm x 1150mm model.
What is the difference between Polyurethane and Nylon wheels?
Polyurethane are generally the most popular wheel type and are a cast wheel with a polyurethane tyre around the outer, this wheel gives a better grip on smooth floors and is quieter running than Nylon. This softer wheel type also tends to be better for use on delicate flooring (finished floor surface).
Nylon wheels are a hard rigid plastic wheel, they tend to be better in areas that may have debris on the floor such as engineering work shops ect as the debris does not penetrate into the wheel.
I sometimes need to unload delivered pallets but don’t want the expense of a forklift truck, what can I use?
